1. Introduction

Welcome to Howard Publication. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Copyright & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you provide. Final deliverables created under our services belong to you once full payment has been made. Howard Publication does not claim ownership of your manuscript or book content.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes and transaction fees.

Work will not begin until payment has been confirmed.

4. Revisions

Revisions must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving a completed draft or project version.

The number of revisions allowed may vary depending on the service package purchased.

Urgent requests follow these timelines:

• Projects requested within 24 hours → up to 24 hours turnaround.
• Projects requested within 24–48 hours → up to 48 hours turnaround.
• Projects longer than 48 hours → up to 72 hours turnaround.

5. Project Conditions

A consultation will be conducted before starting any project to confirm requirements.

Any changes to project scope, timeline, or services must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Delays caused by late submission of materials or approvals may extend the timeline.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted before a manuscript is delivered or before design work has begun. All refunds are subject to deduction of transaction fees and the lesser of US $150 or 10% of the purchase price as a processing fee.

Refunds are not available after 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. Once work such as editing, formatting, or design has started, a 75% service fee is applicable.

Once final design work begins after initial approval, a 50% service fee is applicable. No refunds will be issued after a final project is fully approved by the client.

If you are dissatisfied with services, you may submit a request within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with our revision policy.

7. Service Limitations & Liability

Our services are limited to what is described on our website.

We do not provide guarantees, warranties, or claims of specific outcomes (such as sales performance or market success).

We are not liable for losses, damages, or claims resulting from:

• Delays, errors, or omissions in content.
• Data loss, system errors, or interruptions.
• Unauthorized use of content by third parties.
• You agree to indemnify Howard Publication against claims related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Email & SMS Communications

Consent – By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive project updates, service notifications, and publishing information.

Standard Charges – Messaging and data rates may apply; please check with your provider.

Opt-Out Options –

Emails: Use the “unsubscribe” link in any communication.

SMS: Reply “STOP” or “Unsubscribe” to opt out.

Frequency – We aim to send only necessary and relevant updates.

Privacy & Security – Your information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except when required by law.

Changes – We may update communication terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

9. Modifications

Howard Publication reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
